1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the User ("User," "you," or "your") and Perpetual Intelligence Corp. ("Perpetual Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") concerning the User's access to and use of our website and associated services (collectively referred to as the "Site" and "Services").

8 Termination

9 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Delaware. The User consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Arbitration Clause

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt informal negotiation first. If that fails, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of an independent and recognized arbitration organization mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

A failure or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment

The User may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
